From a very young age I was very interested in
people, children, health, mind, body and spirit.
A large part of my life experience has been in teaching.
After teaching young children for 12 years I began searching for new ways of helping others while using my skills as a teacher and found a growing need for more natural ways to maintain good health.
This led me to Reflexology and the healing arts. Reflexology is not ‘alternative’ but rather it is complimentary to modern medicine and many other healing and spiritual therapies.
My own health history has been difficult since childhood. I have learned many important life skills, and empowering ways of thinking that really work in creating a happier outlook and a healthier life, no matter what obstacles we find along our pathway during life's journey. One of these skills is Reflexology because it is beneficial for mind, body and spirit.

The Spiritual Connection
My spiritual journey is always with me and is something that continues to develop and evolve.
It is a living thing, and just like all living things it needs care, nurturing and room to grow.
Reflexology is very much about energy of the spirit, body and mind. That is why it works so well with energy based healing therapies.
Along with the wonderfully and deeply relaxing feeling that Reflexology can bring, your spiritual energy will also feel renewed, rejuvenated or perhaps awakened.
The treatment sessions are based on your needs and health goals. The treatment session is all about you. You will feel renewed in body, mind and spirit.

I trained in Reflexology at The Australian College of Natural Medicine Brisbane (now Endeavour College of Natural Health) and continue to further my knowledge through ongoing study and attendance at conferences, workshops and dvelopment opportunities. Reflexology is very much part of the new wave of natural therapies. My continued participation below...
